We have a new route for 2023. This is emphatically not a fast route, there are plenty of twists and turns, and like all Harrow parks, Headstone Manor has narrow paths. But, it is a scenic route showing off the new wetlands area and the renovated medieval manor house. There are three anti-clockwise laps, the first shorter lap is entirely in the park, the second and third laps go via a neighbouring street. Spectatators can see runners several times, and there is also a cafe in the park open from 10am.
