We are really looking forward to hosting you this Sunday. The event is being held in Perivale Park with the main access on Stockdove Way, UB6 8TJ
There is very limited parking in the carpark outside the clubhouse - we would advise to avoid trying to park there. Parking in nearby streets is unrestricted, but please be mindful of local residents. The nearest tube station is Perivale on the Central line or you can catch the mainline train to Ealing and there are various buses which go along Ruislip Road East, where you can cut through the lane to the club (5 min walk).
The timings are as follows:
0930 Main race (5 miles)
1035 Tenderfoot (1500m)
1050 fun run (400m)
1105 relays (4x400m)
The clubhouse in the athletics area will be open before and after the race. This has limited toilet facilities. If you can arrive dressed to race that will help 
We are attempting to keep our waste footprint to a minimum so we ask you to bring your own water bottle and plate. We will have cups of water available on the course and large bottles of water at the finish to refill your own.
